E1 Introducers

E1 receives calls/DIPs and cases from a wide range of sources all over the UK- including commercial finance brokers, IFA’S, Residential Mortgage Brokers and Networks, Solicitors, Accountants, Estate agents and so on.

We have a great relationship with four major residential mortgage networks and work hard to help their brokers generate more income from commercial finance.

Introducers can be sole traders, Appointed Representatives' Companies and so on; as long as you have a consumer credit licence. We have thousands of registered introducers – of all sizes from one person businesses (part time) through to major networks. We do not have any minimum requirements regarding number of deals that need to be placed with us every year or minimum size (although £100,000 is the minimum) - leaving introducers free to use us as and when commercial cases occur.

We will also send you a written agreement form which covers payment of procuration fees/data protection issues etc. Please sign and return this to us – retaining one copy for your own files.
